For over eight years, Gabs has built a holistic approach towards fitness for herself and her clients. Passionate about living an active lifestyle, she teaches others to perform at their best - not only every time they train, but in daily living.

With degrees in Sport Science and Exercise Physiology, Gabs combines her passion for movement with deep anatomical knowledge across rehabilitation, strength and conditioning. Her mission is to teach and encourage women to develop their own physical education - no matter what your goals are.

I love teaching people how moving your body can make you feel so good - it's not just all about looking good!
